Vitality Voxbox

So, I recently received a sampler box from Influenster and got some really great stuff.    A few things I didn’t need or don’t use, but there are a few items that I will for sure buy again.

Softlips Cube $3.49.  Ok, so I live in a desert and smooth lips are hard to maintain.  I actually really liked this moisturizer.  It has a minty taste, is easy to apply, and contains SPF.  It comes in the shape of a cube, which I actually liked because it made it easy to find in my purse.  There’s always a good 20 seconds of digging for anything, so having a little cube definitely helped.  My flavor is Soft Mint, but they also have Blueberry Pomegranate and Vanilla. Can’t wait to try the other flavors.

First Degree Burn Cream($6-8) was also in my box of goodies.  This is not something that you’re ever going to want to use, but I burned my hand pretty badly with a curling wand the other day and was happy to have this on hand.  It helped dry my burn to help prevent blistering and it alleviated any itch or pain.  After using a dab of this and covering with a band-aid I was good to go.  This can also help reduce the appearance of scars, too!

Elizabeth Arden Flawless Future Serem $60.  This serum contains Ceramide caplets and they activate once you pump the dispenser.  I just started using this, but it does make my skin softer and is supposed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.  This is a pricey product, so I’m not sure if I will buy again.  If it works well and I notice a difference, I’m also not opposed to buying it.elizabeth arden

Pure Leaf Unsweetened Tea.  I hate tea.  Like, a lot.  I think it tastes like dirty dish water.  Not that I’ve tried, but I can imagine that’s where it comes from.  So, I didn’t try it, but my boyfriend did and said it was great with a little sugar.  So, there’s that.  It’s made by the company Love of Leaves and doesn’t contain any preservatives.  So, if you like tea give it a try.

Two other products that were given to me, I was unable to use because I’m currently pregnant.  Playtex Sport Tampons($4) were definitely a no go, but has an odor shield and are designed for sport level protection.  Also, Bikini Ready Energy Gummies($14.99) will have to wait until next year.  These give you a boost of energy and contain B12 vitamins to help you get bikini ready.  These will be great to help me get my body back after baby 🙂  These gummies also had great reviews on Amazon.

Overall, this was a great little VoxBox.  Thanks Influenster 🙂
