Parmesan-Crusted Tilapia

I make this all the time.  It’s so quick and easy and always tastes great.  Takes around 15 minutes to make.

  • 4 tilapia filets
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley
  • Lemon wedges

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  In a dish combine cheese, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper.  Drizzle olive oil on each filet and dredge in the mixture.  Line a baking sheet with foil and lay each filet on the foil. Bake 10-12 minutes.  Squeeze lemon wedge on fish before eating.
